Do you own a business? We would love to have you in the box! The Spotted Box is a great way to get your product directly into the hands of potential customers.

What do I get out of it?
Exposure! You get samples sent to potential customers eager to try your product, advertising on our website, and exposure to motivated buyers on Hyena Cart, Etsy, Facebook and beyond. Your business stays on the site for 12 months, giving you a whole year of advertising and exposure!

Am I obligated to do every month?
No! You are only signing up for one month in The Box. If you enjoy your experience then you can sign up again, but this is not required.

When are the samples due?
Your samples are due by the 12th of the month that you are participating.

How is it sold?
The Spotted Boxes go on sale the 15th of every month. The cost for a regular box with around 13-16 items is $18.50 including shipping. The mini-boxes sell for $12 for 8-12 samples including shipping. This covers the labor, packing materials, advertising, cart maintenance, etc. Each month a certain amount of boxes go to full-share participating vendors and the rest go on sale on the public.

What are the rules?
All Bath, Body and Food products must be labeled with all ingredients. Soap samples must be a minimum of .5 ounce. Paper items such as stationary and note cards must include an envelope to make it a usable sample. Photo prints, seed paper without an envelope, gift wrap, business card envelopes and postcards are not allowed. Gift Certificates need to be an actual amount of any purchase. Coupons or percentages off are not allowed except as a promotion with samples. A minimum of $5.00 per gift certificate is required. A minimum purchase is not allowed. If you would like to submit gift certificates, pleas let me know. Only 2 gift certificates are allowed per month. All late packages will be pushed into the next available spot.

Can I include a discount or offer?
Yes! We recommend including a discount with your samples as it allows you to track the business you got from the Box and drives business to your store. The only rule with discounts is that it needs to be good for 90 days after the box is shipped. Promotional items can be put in with your regular samples, items such as pens, calendars, discount codes and free shipping codes, business magnets etc. but do not count as samples but can be included in the box.

How do I get my stuff in the box?
Its easy, simply sign up below or you are welcome to contact me with questions. You need to contribute a minimum of 10 samples and can give as much as 60 or more. Including your samples is free and you get a spot on the cart listing your samples. For the listing I will need, a 125x125 logo and a small amount of text (1 or 2 sentences) telling about your business.
